Yesterday 30th, May 2018 was my second time visiting the Rehab Center which is located some 10 KM outside Siemreap Town. We visited the center with two other brothers in Christ from Thailand.

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, Matthew 25:35 NIV

As I was speaking to those two brothers from Thailand the verse above came to my mind and I shared the same with them and at the same time I was able to encourage myself in the lord knowing that our labor is not in vain.

Though it is not maximum security prison the young boys and girls, some as young as 13 years old, they spend most of their days in the locked rooms so when we visit them they not only get to come out from their locked rooms but they also get to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

Our pastors and team here and people from different churches have joined us in doing this for couple years and we see the difference in those who sincerely believe in Christ.

My hear is broken at the core to see few young women pregnent and having to live at the center with little to no comfort or mercy and the worse is not knowing how they will care for their child as they are deeply wounded by their actions and the bondage of addiction.

Though I feel happy to meet them and share some food and God’s word, my prayer is that I will soon meet them  free from drugs, that the bondage of addiction will be broken over their lives as they come to Christ.

My next important prayer is that we be able to disciple them when they are released from the Rehab Center because many land up going back to the Rehab Center as they go back to their old life style, drinking and taking drugs or getting involved in stealing and gang activities.

Please pray with us if you will for the freedom of those young people taken captive by the spirit of addiction because when we pray in the Name that’s above every name Jesus there’s power, there’s deliverance, there’s freedom, there’s healing and Satan  can’t keep them in his bondage of addiction and burden.

I also prayerful appeal to you to become partner with us in whatever way you can, I wrote this with much pain in my heart seeing young people under the burden and influence of Satan they are wasting their precious lives.

With much love and prayer,

Brother Tim and #lifesiemreap Team

God bless you.
